Home is great. Title track's lyrics might be uninspiring but eh that's the point, and if you listen to some of the other songs they come from just as deep of places emotionally as anything else they've done, those places are just secure and happy. Great album
I love Blue October and it pains me to say it but Home is mediocre at best. I miss the creativity and energy of History for Sale or Consent to Treatment era. It's good Justin found his happiness but as for music this meant switching from "Then three angels walked my way in Spanish tongue they knelt to pray and said God keep him safe from screaming voices" to "Daddy loves momma and momma loves him". Also, what happened to Justin's voice? It sounds high-pitched and distorted.
