Bitrate Billy is a music producer/digital artist from Rochester, New York. He is well known for being the former ruler of the infamous discord server "Sludge Zone". As of January 2023, he has released 2 albums, which can be accessed on Bandcamp and Soundcloud. He also has many single releases on his Soundcloud and on his YouTube channel where he claims "i am the user (welome to user zone)". As of 2023, his music is most frequently uploaded to his Soundcloud.
