Barbara Mills (Barbara Henley, Tyler, Texas, 1938 - March 16, 2018) was an American soul singer.

Barbara Mills was born in Tyler, Texas in 1938 and attended Odessa High School. She worked in the music industry in Louisiana and Nashville and later settled in Michigan.
She was the younger sister of Newbeats falsetto, Larry Henley.
She signed with Hickory Records in 1965 and recorded the following tracks:
