I just started listening to these guys and I am impressed with the progression of their sound. Time In Place reminds me of the up and coming bands from the mid 2000's but with a more refined and defined sound. Great band, keep it up because I would love to hear more new music!
Still listening to this album almost daily. Really good stuff. I get the I The Mighty comparisons, but AP has way more listenability. I tend to get bored of ITM quickly. Songs like "No Stranger," ""Penance," "Apeiron," and "The Golden Age" really do it for me. I think some parts of the album sound slightly rehashed and same-y, but it still comes off as entertaining. Honestly, the vocals just hit me in all the right ways.
Another new song: Apeiron.
So fucking stoked for the new album, doubt it can be better than ailments, but that album is godlike so that would be pretty hard.
