Biography

Ann Vervoort (born 1977 - died 2010) was a Belgian dance vocalist known for being the first singer of the bands Milk Inc. and 2 Fabiola. Unlike often presumed Ann Vervoort wasn't really the singer of Milk Inc. or 2 Fabiola. She was the dancer and on stage she was lip syncing the vocals. The real vocalist was Karen Boelaerts and many of the famous 90s hits such as Lift U Up by 2 Fabiola and the entire album Apocalypse now by Milk Inc. were sung by Boelaerts. Ann Vervoort left 2 Fabiola and she was replaced by Linda Mertens for Milk Inc. Unlike Ann Vervoort, Linda Mertens does sing her own lines.
Ann Vervoort died on 22 april 2010. She died due to drug consumption suffocating in her own vomit.
