Alice Rivers (a.k.a DROWNALiCE) is the Keyboardist of SIXTYSIXTY and The Pink Strings. She was born in Paris, France in March 16, 2000 but moved to Orleans a year later. She currently resides in Canada. In 2016, before being part of SIXTYSIXTY or The Pink Strings, she grabbed a demo of FL Studio and a MIDI keyboard and released a few tracks on Soundcloud which were part of an unfinished experimental lo-fi hip hop album which never saw the light of day and remains lost media to this day.
At the age of 17 she was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia but that didn't stop her from making the music she loved. A year later she co-founded The Pink Strings with former guitarist Catface and another year later she founded the unsuccessful side project Blind Badger which split up before releasing their first EP with members of The Pink Strings. In September 2019 she founded Dream Pop band SIXTYSIXTY along with The Pink Strings vocalist Ren and guitarist / bassist / vocalist Jeler.
On September 24, 2019 her first solo album "Placebo" was released on Bandcamp, a 15 minute long Ambient EP which according to her was heavily influenced by artists such as Aphex Twin, C418 and Boards of Canada.
Alice claims that "Rivers" is just a nickname she was given for sitting and staring at a river near her old house and not her actual last name which remains unknown to this day.
