Biography
Alice is a 30 year old vocalist from Harpenden in Hertfordshire. In 2013 whilst working as a beauty therapist and occasionally performing live at weddings/parties etc , Alice performed My Funny Valentine on Britains Got Talent and was an immediate sensation when she wowed the panel with her singing and shy charm and Simon Cowell described her as being like “Liquid Gold”. Although she didn’t progress beyond the semi final for various reasons, Alice built a fanatical and varied fan base via FaceBook of 51,000 fans (extremely international) and to date her performance of My Funny Valentine on You Tube has 28,000.000 views. She specialises in jazz/blues renditions.
After a short demo deal period with Sony it was decided to release a new album via a Kickstarter campaign early in 2015 . The target was smashed and £40,000 was raised via fans. This first album (which will be a covers album) is expected to be released in Autumn 2015
