Alexander Goldscheider was born in Prague and started as a music critic and radio DJ. He read Music at Charles University (PhD for the analysis of The Beatles songs). Not contented with writing about music, he turned to song writing and had many songs covered by Czech pop/rock music singers. Working as a staff producer at Supraphon, the biggest East European record company, he produced singles+albums of Czech rock/pop/jazz singers & groups.
