Aaron Childree is a pop singer/songwriter and worship leader whose music combines a hopeful message with memorable melodies and an infectious beat. Aaron’s debut EP “So Much More To Say” is now available on iTunes, Amazon MP3 and all other major digital distributors. His first full-length album is set to be released in early 2013 with the first single coming this September.

The first single from Aaron’s debut EP, “Better Than Walking Away” was chosen as a finalist in the 2010 Song of the Year songwriting competition and the 2011 Next Movie Classic song contest. Aaron has recently been featured in The Sandspur, chART Magazine, Central Florida Top 5, Creative Spotlights, Orlando Local Music Examiner, and as a musical guest on Orlando LIVE and WPRK (91.5 FM in Orlando). Several tracks from his debut album have also been receiving airplay on various local and Internet radio stations including WPRK in Orlando, WMNF in Tampa, Upstream Radio in Los Angeles, and CACH Radio in Vancouver.

Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aaron has built up a large following by performing shows and open mics around Atlanta as well as on-campus events at Rollins College and other shows in the nearby Orlando area. He graduated from Rollins in May 2011 with a degree in Music and a minor in Creative Writing. Aaron and his band have played at a number of well-known venues including Eddie’s Attic, Smith’s Olde Bar, and Vinyl in Atlanta and The Social in Orlando. He has also built up an exceptional internet presence across the social networks with his well-produced YouTube videos and video updates.

Aaron also has over 7 years of experience leading worship and playing in praise bands. He is currently leading worship for North Point Ministries and many other churches in the Atlanta area. He has also led worship at First United Methodist Church of Winter Park, Compassion Church, Thomasville First United Methodist Church, and All Saints Anglican Church.

Aaron’s music is a combination of his positive message and outlook as well as his passion for music. and his It takes you to a place long abandoned by many of today’s musicians- a place where poetic lyrics can be set to catchy melodies and pop music can be a meaningful way to inspire and instill hope.
