Biography
Im Soo-ah (임수아; born 21 September 1999), better known by her stage name YOUHA (유하), is a South Korean singer-songwriter and composer currently under Universal Music Korea. She made her debut on September 29, 2020 with her digital single ISLAND.
Pre-debut
She was firstly introduced as a member of the pre-debut team known as Future 2NE1 back on 2012, that was supposed to debut sometime in 2016. But for unknown reasons the debut was cancelled, so she continued the training process.
Sometime in 2019 it was reported that she left YG Entertainment after 9 years of being a trainee under the label.
2020: New agency, solo debut
On September 25, it was revealed that Im Soo-ah had signed with Universal Music Korea and would be making her official solo debut on September 29 with the digital single ISLAND under the stage name YOUHA.
