Yoo Ah Ra (ko:유아라; born on September 26, 1992), known credited by her stage name Ara, is a South Korean singer and dancer. She is best known as the leader of the girl group Hello Venus and one of its main vocalists. Ara debuted on May 9, 2012 together with Hello Venus members. Pre-debut Ara was part of a training program, called 'Pre-School Girls', that would eventually become a member of sister group After School, but was chosen to be the leader of Hello Venus instead.
