At the age of three, his musical element was begun; started taking piano lessons by his mother who is a piano teacher. After debutting as an arranger in 1993, his talent was developed. Since then, he has worked with lots of popular J-pop singers whose songs are always seen on a Japanese billboard such as Takeshi Ito, Misia, Kohei Otomo, Tacky & Tsubasa, Arashi, Namie Amuro, Chemistry, Masayuki Suzuki, Masaki Ueda, and 12 Girls Band. Jun not only composes their hit songs, but also does a wide range of theme song from movies to TV spots, and radio commercials.
Additionally, he makes good use of his outstanding ability for piano by taking part in concert-tours of Ryu, Komi Hirose, Tokiko Kato, Satoshi Ikeda, and Chen Min etc and recording sessions for Kumi Koda and ANRI etc.
In 2004, he released his first jazz-fusion album 'The Sensimillia Family Tree'.
In 2008, he released 2nd album ‘Our Purpose Here’ recorded in New York with Bill Evans (sax) ,Chris Minh Doky (bass) and David Matthews(supervision) . The album-release-party with invited guests Hiroko Moriguchi and Takeshi Ito held at STB139 in Roppongi end successfully.
He supervised music for “Saga No Kaigai Bachan” written by Yohichi Shimada and will be in theater soon.
