The song tells the story of a little girl that's being molested by her father, until an "older brother" comes to save her. The older brother doesn't treat her the same way her father did, so she thinks he doesn't love her and runs away back to her father, where he was already waiting for her with a group of other men, presumably to put her into prostitution.
Other interpretations says that the song is more literal, and that the father eats the flesh of his child like a cannibal.
