Sebnem Ferah is the most popular rock artist in Turkey. She had a girl band named Volvox in which she was playing the guitar; ironically the vocalist of the band was Özlem Tekin. She has a great sound and her lyrics are always revolutionary for the turkish youth. She made a duet with Apocalyptica for her third album Perdeler. Her other albums are Kadin, Artik Kisa Cumleler Kuruyorum, Kelimeler Yetse and Can Kiriklari.
