%Artist% (pronounced %Artist%) is a parody based group exploring the post modern condition by re-contextualizing the sample laden media sphere of daily existence with a style that is itself a re-contextualization of the media sphere; Similar to a mashup.
Incorporating such tools as the cable TV connection, the radio, the internet, circuit bent instruments, and various re-sampling algorithms, the style of music may be described as an audio collage that weaves non-traditional data sets together with pop culture.
