Aida Garifullina was born on September 30, 1987, in Kazan, Russia - the capital of Republic Tatarstan.
Her mother (also professional musician) was first who noticed Aida's talent. The first public performance of Aida was 5 years old.
At age 11, mother brought her daughter to audition for a vocal assistant professor of Kazan State Conservatory Nina Varshavskaya. The teacher immediately recognized girl's outstanding vocal abilities, musicality, beautiful timbre and asked her give serious attention to vocals. The repertoire of arias and songs have appeared both Russian and foreign classics (Alyab'ev, Varlamov, Tchaikovsky, Bach, Caccini, Schubert, Brahms, Gershwin, etc.).
At age 13 Aida became a Fellow of the Chaliapin Fund. "The best voice of the Year" in the "academic voice".
And in the same year, Aida performed at the Tchaikovsky Bolshoi Concert Hall accompanied by the Chamber Orchestra during the festival "Gifted children of Tatarstan» (Moscow).
Aida entered the High School of Music in Nuremberg (Germany) in academic vocal class of professor and rector of the school and also the renowned tenor Siegfried Jerusalem. (Siegfried Jerusalem joined the list of the best singers of the world, presented by the Austrian magazine Salzburg Opera Festival "Festival Shop" in 1995.)
Aida continues to study vocal skills at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, better known as "the Vienna Conservatory”, in the class of professor Claudia Visсa.
With help of the University Mozart's opera «Cosi Fan Tutto» ("So do all women”) was staged, where Aida remarkablyperformed aria of Despina.
Aida is the constant participant of all major events held in the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan city :
2005 - celebrating the 1000th anniversary of Kazan,
2005 - CIS summit
2007 - IV Russian-Swiss Business Summit,
2008 - festival "Days of the Republic of Tatarstan in Azerbaijan" (Baku)
2010 - Inauguration of President of Tatarstan R. Minnikhanov
in the plans - Universiade 2013.
