It's quiet and there's nothing here.
Only the sound of my own footsteps echo.
There's not even any landscape.
I'm used to this darkness, but
someday I want to try to find a way out.
It'd be nice if I could smile; it seems strange.
I can feel this light I can't see
with all my self and soul.
It seemed to bud here,
a spirit that blossomed without knowing rain.
The story of a century.
Feeling like somebody is waiting for me,
I'm continuing my search.
The end is surely just a little farther,
but it's not now. Though my breathing is disturbed,
I have a reason to keep going.
I'm hiding in the darkness, but
someday I want to meet you.
Though I have no eyesight, I'll find it.
I'll sniff out this similar sort of pain
with all my self and spirit.
