I've learned a lot of lessons, in some trying times.
I've found my Lord is faithful, and that he always supplies.
Why should I ever worry, he's GOD, and he is good,
Working in mysterious ways I never thought he would.
Days Gone By have proven, I can always trust the Lord,
In the brightest sunshine, or in the darkest storm,
His loving hand will guide me, his promises are mine,
He'll see me through tomorrow, just like in Days Gone By.
2.)
Oh yesterday's provision, brings comfort to my soul,
That he will never leave me, and he will not let go.
He calls to my remembrance, that Grace let every stand,
So I rely on Jesus Christ no matter what's ahead.
