Seemless is a hard rock/groove metal band formed by ex-Shadows Fall drummer Derek Kerswill, ex-Killswitch Engage vocalist Jesse Leach, and ex-Overcast guitarist Pete Cortese. Formed in 2002 following Leach's departure from Killswitch Engage, Seemless was signed to Equal Vision Records, and released their first self-titled LP. They toured extensively over the next year, quickly making a mark on the rock/metal scene with their mixture of soul and blues elements. Since the release of their latest album the band has toured with Nonpoint, Trivium, In Flames, Soil, Fu Manchu and several others.
