I DGM si formano nel 1994 come un gruppo interamente strumentale. La line-up originale comprendeva Diego Reali (chitarra), Maurizio Pariotti (tastiere) e Gianfranco Tassella (batteria), con l’aggiunta, un anno dopo, di Marco Marchiori (basso).
