A VIOLET PINE project has been formed in 2010 by Beppe Procida, Paolo Ormas and Pasquale Ragnatela. The moving line of the band consists of heavy synthetizers and basses, a combustion with drum machines and acoustic drum and, again, guitars and piano crosses, meeting so the right sound they were looking for, embracing post-rock, dark-wave and psychedelic rock. The band began writing and demoing their own songs almost immediately, playing throughout 2011 and 2012 in southern Italy.
