Los Angeles, CA (April 27, 2012) – Latin music superstars Juanes, Don Omar, and Julion Alvarez will headline the first-ever Latin festival, “LA EN VIVO BLOCK PARTY,” at L.A. LIVE, the epicenter of entertainment in Los Angeles.
The three-day festival promises to be the city’s hottest and most popular Memorial Day weekend celebration by bringing together the best in Latin music, TV, sports, food and overall entertainment for an unforgettable fiesta from May 26-28, 2012. The “LA En Vivo Block Party” will host a variety of exciting free activities at Nokia Plaza L.A. LIVE from 3pm until 7pm all weekend long, featuring live musical performances, boxing exhibition matches, and a variety of meet ‘n greets with athletes and boxers from Golden Boy Boxing and members of the LA Kings and LA Galaxy teams. A variety of food stands will also be on-site offering a wide array of delicious treats for the whole family. All pre-concert entertainment and events occurring in Nokia Plaza L.A. LIVE are free and open to the public. Guests interested in attending the scheduled concerts at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE starting at 8pm can buy their tickets from www.ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster locations, and the venue box offices.
