His real name ARMAND NOËL NTOUNGCHI KAMTCHOUA or rather Nda Chi his Artist name, Nda Chi is a young versatile artist from western Cameroon more precisely from Baleng where he was born on December 23, 1997. Ethnomusician at the same time singer, songwriter, performer, choreographer, dancer, xylophonist, percussionist, Kalimba / Mbira player and photo model.
During her early childhood, Nda Chi was influenced by artists such as: Anne Marie Nzié, Kareyce Fotso, Nkodo Sitony, Nina Simone, Claude Ndam, James Brown and Manu Dibango.
Self-taught in singing and a very young fan of ethnic music, he made his debut by getting closer to ethnomusicians, folk singers and also flirted with musical groups and choirs from an early age. During his secondary studies, he discovered the heritage dance troupe of the University of Dschang and discovered another passion, dance. Nda Chi evolves in different dance companies and is spotted by Ayissi Leduc who makes him the choreographer of his company "Otitié" Étoile du Cameroun. Nda Chi creates his dance group "Modern Afro Soul" with his partner Ariane Domguia allias Mimi, the two partners will make dance videos appreciated by stars like Lady Ponce, Locko, Coco Argentée, Ko-C
At the same time, Nda Chi had already done some photo modeling sessions and participated in a casting "Les Anges de Calmette" which will also reveal her potential for photography. For a few years, he posed for photographers and joined modeling agencies (Ti'agency, Western Pic) as a model. Several times winner of university games alongside the Fan's Club of the University of Dschang, Nda Chi participates and wins prizes at the national festival of arts and culture with the regional ballet of the west. His dream being to return to his first passion for singing, Nda Chi participates and wins and wins the national song competition "MützigStar" in 2019. Following which he released an album entitled "Ngi Ngun". he works hard and aspires to become "The Modern Pope Of African Culture" he has been nicknamed in his country the "keeper of traditions"
