Polar Bear have earned a reputation as one of the most creative acts on the UK music scene. Their rawboned, dramatic music mixes jazz with an electronic soundscape and a punk sensibility, underpinned by break-beat and rock rhythms.
Dirty Projectors are a nu-jazz / 2-step music group led by singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist David Longstreth. Based in Brooklyn, Dirty Projectors produce a distinctive sound of electronic experimentation, melded with traditional instruments and discordant vocals.
Dreamy LA trance act Lucky Dragons make beautifully indefinable music. Consisting of Luke Fischbeck and Sarah Rara, the experimental music group have been celebrated for the unusual music they create and for their ability to convert everyday noises into ethereal soundscapes.
