In September 2007 the Norwegian folksinger Thomas Hansen alias St. Thomas died. He was only 31 years old. Afflicted by mental problems and alcoholism he shared a similar fate with many other promising artists in music history. Commemorating his 5th anniversary of death former band members and fellow musicians pay once more tribute to Thomas Hansen. They will share own songs, cover versions and heart-warming memories with the audience. It will be an evening packed with emotions and energy, which has also been a key feature of Thomas Hansen’s work itself.
A tribute to Thomas Hansen is an honest reverence to one of the most gifted singer-songwriters in recent music history. His songs and records are bitter-sweet testimonials of his inner life.
