"SHE IS MILEY CYRUS" wa supposed to be Miley's 7th studio album with a 2019 release date but got scrapped after ideas changes and leaks. The album was going to include all songs from EP "SHE IS COMING" plus 12 tracks from 2 new EPs, "SHE IS HERE" and "SHE IS EVERYTHING". During 2020, a lot of songs from the sessions of She is Miley Cyrus leaked on the internet like "Bad Karma", "What I Want", "Night Crawling (feat. Billy Idol)" and more. Miley confirmed on a interview in September 2020 that the EPs would never be released, but most of the leaked songs are included in Miley's 7th official album "Plastic Hearts" out November 27th
