George Gershwin - Rhapsody In Blue
Ulver - Perdition City
Cynic - Focus
...and stuff I had:
Ulver - Blood Inside
Death - Symbolic
Devin Townsend - Terria
Nevermore - Enemies Of Reality
Nevermore - Dead Heart in a Dead World
I'm a huge fan of the Nevermore/Ulver stuff. Ulver is a bit harder to get into but Nevermore is an instant and high recommendation for anybody looking for good, solid metal.
Focus is a classic so I had to get it. The expanded edition was worth it too- while the bonus stuff that wasn't remixed from the original tracks wasn't really metal it had that same Cynic feel.
The Gershwin was a throw-in with a CD order, I basically just got it for the title song, a classical/jazz fusion piece.
Basically, if you see it up there and you don't own it/haven't heard it, then get on it.
