honestly i’ve gotten to the point where idc that deftones has been “tiktokified” like yeah maybe there are annoying fans but most of them are just kids and every popular artist/band has annoying fans. but they’re a super great band and make such unique music and more people discovering them is undeniably a good thing in the end. i get why it would be annoying when you’ve listened to them before they got popular on tiktok (i only started listening recently) but in my eyes they’re getting the recognition they deserve
