Probably one of my top 5 favourite musicians of all time.

To me, Solitude feels like a sequel to Subsume. Maybe Subsume representing Spring/Summer and Solitude Fall/Winter. I don’t know. What do you guys think? I’m a pretentious twat aren’t I?

Cloudkicker is back with the new "Unending" album, and it is pretty rad. Make sure to go get it!

The Discovery is by far their best album. It has the vibe they bring in their later stuff but with a heavier drive to it. Most of the stuff really just has that post-metal vibe which I'm not feeling, but there's definitely good exceptions!

He gives his music free but with a gift that all money in this world couldn't buy.

Can anyone recommend me any bands similar to Cloudkickers post - rock releases such as Let Yourself Be Huge, Woum and Little Histories? I have recently experienced a huge loss and music like this has been effectively soothing my soul. Thanks.

Every song on "Fade" has a beautiful atmosphere. A great example of post-rock / metal. I like it a little bit more than "The Discovery" which is great in its own way as well.
