Performers include California Transit Authority led by Danny Seraphine; The Buckinghams;Emerald Underground; Chicago Tribute Anthology; Kenny Cetera; Joe Iaqunto; James Guercio-musician, legendary producer & owner of Caribou Ranch Recording Studio.

Tickets through Copernicus Center. Proceeds to benefit The Terry Kath Music Scholarship at DePaul University, & "Good Looks for Kids With Cancer"; Taft High School music program.
