Tobias Herzz Hallbauer works and lives in Dresden, Germany. In the early nineties he started to play as a guitarist and singer in different bands, but also began to create experimental soundcollages on his fourtrack. Later he was more concentrated on theatre-works, installations and visual arts – but always with a focus on sound and music.
