"What happens when you combine the sounds of modern progressive rock with the synth-driven styles of alternative rock?” Synaesthesia! Taking the best parts of traditional Prog and bringing it most definitely into the 21st century, with a keen sense of melody and memorable, catchy riffs as well as plenty of experimentation. http://synaesthesiamusic.co.uk
Why do I have to click through about 30 tracks on Synaesthesia Radio before one of their songs finally comes up? I'm having the same problem with my own artist radio for [artist]Suicide Sanctum[/artist]. I really wish Last.fm would fix this problem.
Synæsthesia is undoubtedly the right name, but most people are not going to use a character like "æ" because it's a pain in the ass to use and isn't on any standard keyboard. At least people from Germany and other countries with umlauts have those available to them standard, the really weird characters are never going to be used properly because Joe Music Fan is too lazy to type them in...and this includes me :-)
