Sunride`s recipe musically is modern melodic and riff-ridden heavy rock, with melancholic melodies and a bit of metal. The Band was formed in the small student city Jyväskylä in Finland in the beginning of 1996. In 2000 Sunride released their first EP, Magnetizer, on the Italian label Boundless Records, before they signed with the German label People Like You Records. The Great Infiltration was their first full-length album on People Like You in 2001. The album got great reviews in the press, and the band headed on their first European Tour for three weeks.
