they were one of the first kpop groups i really became a fan of (after bts-got7-exo), i remember they were my ultimates for soooo long, i spent many nights watching vlive and other content from them. i stopped being a fan of them, but they will always have a special place in my heart ❣️

[i wish i could edit my first comment, but since i can't:] ynb said that KNK stands for the syllables Keu Na Keun (크나큰) as well as K-pop kNocK (케이팝 노크), however, they pronounce knk as keunakeun because it was chosen as their name, "great/to be great", and it makes more sense than knk as letters in english or k-pop knock... BUT the group's name is literally an acronym of Keu (크) Na (나) Keun (큰), although i'm okay with any tag, for me this one should be the official since they use the acronym as group's name...

Their music is available on all korean music services as 크나큰, even on iTunes worldwide the group name is in hangul. All their music on music shops and streaming services is officially released as 크나큰, so there's no doubt for me that this is the right tag. KNK is the romanization of the group name for western fans, unfortunately messy Spotify adopts this english-friendly tag like they do for many group (Girls' Generation, BTS, Seventeen) even when the original group name is originally in korean.

i know that the korean music services usually tags almost every artist in hangul, even if their name is originally written in english or another language (teen top, u-kiss, nu'est, jay park, monsta x, girl's day, btob, wonder girls, sistar, kara, they even put gfriend alongside yeojachingu's hangul). but while girls' generation and bts are so nyeo shi dae and bangtan sonyeondan's english names, knk doesn't have one, so ynb chosen 'knock k-pop' for international meaning. however, they kept the acronym of keu na keun as their group name so it makes sense for their hangul being 크나큰, because they're also known as keunakeun. in knock they said 'k n k boys' but we read/hear it as keu na keun. their case is similar to akb48, which comes from akihabara. even korean people call them as knk, that's why i said this one should be the official tag. but of course, you're not obligated to scrobble under this tag if you prefer the hangul.
