  • power and perfection!
  • wow memories of wine bars in the 50's!
  • Wall of SOUND! YES! First exposure to MF was when I was in High School....and my Jazz Ensemble teacher broke out some MF charts..... what a GREAT INFLUENCE!.... Taught us to play with BALLS!
  • yes. yes indeed.
  • unnnh like these jams.
  • I play myself trumpet, and I must say, that Maynard Ferguson trumpet sounds like angels, and he's got lungs of an ELEPHANT!
  • Maynard Ferguson Incredible and original trumpeter.I love his playing and everything about his music, improvisation, and many, many more...Thank you MAYNARD FERGUSON!!!!!!
  • Fantastic track - Fantastic horn!
  • I left my cake out in the rain and I'll never have that recipe again.
  • very good
  • the best version of this song is MF Horn 4+5: live at jimmys! IMO bruce johnstones bari solo is maybe my favorite ever
  • Whenever you'd go to a Ferguson concert there were fans from 15 to 95 years old. The young kids were yelling out for him to play his hits from the '70's. Great stuff! He always chose the best musicians for his band!
  • Boy, I miss Maynard!
  • When performed live, this was always a wall of sound.
  • Boy does this bring back memories. Every time I saw Maynard between 69 and 89 (60+ times) he played this. It is just as I remember. Man could he blow!!!! (the MF Horn). Wonderful Version.
  • I bloody love this powerful man. Outstanding sound
  • Tiene fuerza optimismo, aspectos que me motivan,
  • SWEEEEETT
  • A lesson for all aspiring jazz trumpeters. a cool arrangement of a very unusual song. Superb.... Jim Webb and Maynard Fergusson....
  • I can't imagine ever being lucky enough to hear the greatest exponent of high-range jazz trumpet playing as the soundtrack in any supermarket. That would get the punters in.
  • A soundtrack style of arrangement yes, but far from boring. Maynard, "The Boss", the one and only. Who else can stand out front exposed for all to hear every tiny waver. And the man produces dang near perfection every time. Such energy and power and tone and endurance.
  • Soy un principiante en disfrutar el jazz, pero maynard ferguson suena muy bien a mi humilde parecer
  • Is it boring? Or just OK for a WalMart-stroll? Again more or less kind of a soundtrack. Interesting sax-part and other solos in the middle provide a good jazzfeeling.
  • Amazing artist.
