Comcast Center, Tweeter Center, Great Woods. . . whatever you call it, this is one GREAT venue. It is ‘outdoors’ in the sense that it is not enclosed but a little over a third (my estimate) of the seats are covered in the event of rain. It is small enough to be intimate while still being large enough to attract major artists. Located in Mansfield MA it has massive parking areas that are FREE! Security is appropriately high. The staff run the gamut from downright rude to exceptionally pleasant and helpful, much as all humankind does. Vendors in the venue provide food and drink at, as expected, outrageous prices. When the opportunity to see an event at this venue arises. . . . grab it!!!
