The Vogue Nightclub in Broad Ripple is one the most popular and storied venues in the Midwest. The Vogue opened as a movie theater on June 18, 1938. Through the next 3 decades, The Vogue was one of the premier movie houses in the Midwest. In the 70’s The Vogue’s image shifted a bit when it became an X rated movie theater, and even featured cult classic “Deep Throat”.

On December 31, 1977, The Vogue opened as a nightclub. Since our opening in the late 70’s, The Vogue has continuously been considered the top nightspot in Indianapolis. Many great bands and artists have performed here over the past 25 years including Warren Zevon, Bo Diddley, Willie Nelson, John Hiatt, Johnny Cash, Bonnie Raitt, The White Stripes, The Flaming Lips, Cheap Trick, Little Feat, David Byrne, Rusted Root, Bob Weir & Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead, Govt Mule, Keb’ Mo’, The Dave Matthews Band, and many more!

Not only are we known for our great concerts, but over the past 10 years, we have been the #1 dance club in Indy, as well. Every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night, we are host to some of the hottest dance parties in Indiana. Spinning everything from retro to top 40, hip hop and techno, The Vogue’s dance nights are considered the place to be seen.

This is why they don't allow children in the venue. Nice language. Quit hitting your mommy up for money to see live music. Get a job, move out of your parents house, and grow up! Oh, I almost forgot, once you get in the door, buy me a beer! lmao

Fuck you Vogue I don't want to drink, I just want to listen to some good shows. Why don't they just do it like everywhere else and give speciall wristbands to people 21+ so they can buy alcohol inside and allow us under 21 to chill inside without selling us alcohol. I'm so fucking pissed that I missed Margot recently because I'm 19 and now Margot's future is uncertain. Thank you Vogue. 2 more years.

you bring in some of the most popular music acts today, who are popularized largely by the "youth" and youthful writers, and yet you shun us until we can legally drink? LAME.

Silly 21+ venue, making me miss both Margot and the Spree. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait 'til October to come back with a vengeance.
