Boycott In the Venue, you say? I would, but I badly want to see MCR in April... >_> My embarrassing inner fangirl is winning out even over the social anxiety. Hee.

Does anyone know if they have a box office to buy tickets directly from the venue? And possibly what the hours are?

Put this god forsaken venue out of its misery already.

Nobody wants to watch your shit camera movie with the horrible sound and bad composition douche bag. So quit bitching and keep your stupid cell phone out of my view! Can you just enjoy the moment you are in without documenting the concert for the ages. Question is, can I smoke weed in there with all these camera nazis around?

Last show I went to there was Brand New. No joke, they hunted down and confiscated every single camera I saw. It was bizarre. They also threw my chap stick and full pack of gum in the trash while searching me. And when I complained they almost didn't let me in. And it's like this every time with their douche bag bouncers. Whoever owns that place is a real dick.

never seen a bouncer "threaten to take away cameras/camera phones"

Bad comparison it's apples to oranges. Urban Lonuge is much smaller than the main stage, and larger than the side stage (unless you factor in the bar in which case I may agree).

    urban lounge is better.

It's a pretty decent place for bands. Just recently went and saw NOFX, and now am going to see Thrice.

BOYCOTT IN THE VENUE. Until they clean up their place and stop hiring thugs. They really don't give a shit about paying customers. Worst venue ever BY FAR.

I just saw a show here last night, and I was really impressed. It's been a couple years since I had been to see a show here and it's really grown since the old bricks days. They've really opened the place up and put in a decent sound system. It actually a good venue now for mid-sized and big name acts, whereas before it was just a small club.

Nazi rapists about cameras? I'm trying to imagine what that even means...
