I drew it up first then had my tattoo artist redraw it. My gramma and I have always collected owls so I guess I have to say I love them like every other person in the world right now. I got the owl feather to represent knowledge, wisdom (my gramma), the supernatural, bravery, intuition and protection to name a few. The peacock feather represents openness, pride, kindness, patience, and the biggest reason is because peacocks can eat poisonous plants and show no signs, of doing so.They thrive in the face of suffering and I've done that all my life. I've been around poisonous people I guess you could call them and havecome out on top with no signs of "eating anything poisonous" if that makes sense. And alis volat propriis means she flies with her own wings. I'm 18, I'm independent, I'm free from my parents. That's the basic jist of it :)
