elle, it was gorgeous. the concert was wonderful as was my whole trip to iceland. i took a few photos of reykjavík and the landscapes around. you can have a look at it here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/36376498@N02/ (and yes, i'm not even a semi-pro-photographer, but these all are really good memories). i enjoyed the setlist she was playing that night and i was totally fascinated by the thunderbolt-engine making music as well as the gravity harp and this special kind of pipe organ (don't know if she had those either at bestival). she will perform at the primavera festival next year. i will maybe go to see her there again. also hoping for a europe-tour besides festival-gigs. when i stepped out of the venue that night (this special icelandic elf-night i was writing you about) the whole sky was full of northern lights. this was some crazy magical shit. it was freezing cold, but i stood half of the night in the balkony observing the dancing green lights above me.
