Nice to hear Robbie Vincent after all these years, He introduced me to lot of great tracks in the 80's on his Radio 1 slot. Some of which I've been tracking down recently and downloading. Paz in particular, very hard to get hold of their Look Inside Album, although managed it eventually. Fantastic show today , all the best, Rich

I find myself reaching for the ‘Dinner Jazz’ button on Radio Player more than is good for me recently. A great shame that Jazz FM is no longer available on Freeview. Rediscovered the station through a Google search. Thank you, thank you Jazz FM.

This is a fantastic way to track what you folks are playing. That Mario Biondi "I Can't Keep From Crying Sometimes" song is fantastic. Thanks for sharing...

Its great to be listening to Mike Chadwick LIVE once again!! : ) Its must be gawd knows how many years since I regularily listened to your Cutting Edge show, that is so very aptly named, when Jazz FM was on FM or terestrial, or 'normal' radio before it became smooth fm, and somehow appered to have been hijacked by a bunch of knobs playing boring, monotomous, tedious, cliched music!! Arrgghhhh, What the hell is wrong with so many of the people in this country (UK), that they want (supposedly) to listen to that sort of utterly unispiring dross; answers on a postcard! No but seriously, I would genuinely like to know why there are so many people whose take on music is apparently based on a combination of ignorance, and or not having any sort of real ear for music! It would'nt be so bad if these people just kept their musical tawdriness to themselves, but for some reason the total opposite is the case, and their dreary mind numbing 'tastes' (so-called), dictate to those who have some

real taste, or are at least open minded to listen outside of the utterly narrow minded confines of those who have'nt got a clue, outside of the cliched music they have seemingly been indoctrinated into!! I was going to end by apologising for this shout turning into an essay, but I realise that I don't want to, as this issue has been p***ing me off for a long time now, and I have been wanting to 'get it off my chest', and it dose'nt just apply to the supposed niche world of Jazz and all its genres and offshoots, but to pretty much of all 'normal' mainsteam terrestrial radio, whose remit seems to be to play the same tawdry twenty (possibly a slight exageration it may be 25) or so songs, over and over again, and 'they' have been doing so for the last twenty years, actually more like 30, and this can often be interspersed with the 'latest' or most recent pop crud, garbage! Garbage, oh yes, I wonder why this has brought to mind a certain lady Ga-GArbage!!!! But seriously I want to know
