Yup, that's some terrible 90s music.

Hehe, I'm not ashamed to admit that I like Katy Perry. She's got a compelling weirdness in her voice. For getting into of Montreal, I'd recommend either The Sunlandic Twins (which has Wraith Pinned to the Mist etc.) or Satanic Panic in the Attic. They're such a diverse band that constantly evolves, but these two albums kinda fall in their transition between bizarre 60s-ish pop to more synthetic modern-sounding experimental stuff, so you get a taste of both. All their albums are great for different reasons though. Oh and the song The Past is a Grotesque Animal (from Hissing Fauna) gives me chills every time I hear it. Emily Haines is wonderful. I still gotta get the new Metric album sometime. And I will certainly give Andrew Bird a chance; thanks for the suggestions. I'm Youtubing Fake Palindromes right now and this is not bad, not bad at all.

You like a lot of good music. I'm not sure I understand the whole Andrew Bird thing, but maybe I should give an album or two a listen.

Oh man, I am totally not a jogger. I'm going to co-host with Lulu on Wednesday. You should consider listening. Maybe?
