Hey man -that's cool about the OG Citizen Smith -ha! I was thinking I was the first to think it up! NHA was telling me the same thing the other day so I guess both you guys musta lived close together at one time. Yeah anyway I really love that Brainticket album.I think it's Cottonwoodhill, supposedly recorded live.I read somewhere some folk think of it as an acid trip on vinyl or something.. In fact, it would be great music to trip out to - if one was still droppping. I'd definitely drop to that album, so that sucks you can't make it stick yet. Way ahead of it's time in a way...I mean Floyd was probably doing that same kind of shit a few years earlier but if it really is a 'live' album I think it's the best of the Krautrock stuff - better than Faust - live or not. I think you'll have to let it grow on you ; ) Good to see someone listening to Pete Namlook and Tetsue Inoue. Anything with Bill Laswell's name in it is fucking good. That's some awesome psychedelic ambient dub shit! L8r

Holy shite bro, thanks for the link....Doesn't surprise me somehow. I love the line that says: A narcotics officer testified that drug users sometimes keep bong water to drink later. What? I mean that shit speaks for itself, lol! What silly cunt keeps fucking bongwater around to frigging DRINK later on? How bout none...Then again I wouldn't be surprised to hear some tweaker trying to clean his pipe (as far as I know ya don't smoke crack in bongs - unless you're doin a little "snow capper") but that shit gets burnt and inhaled - it doesn't fall into the ranky ass water in the bong. OMFG, I'm laughing my ass off!!! Thanks m8, I needed such a laugh! : D After I drink my bongwater later on I'll let you know how high I get!! The kinda scary thing is that probably a quarter(or more) or the folk who read that friggin piece friggin BELIEVED it! I'm pretty sure my folks would...HA!

ahaha That would have been worth a go, thanks for the kind thought. The smell of pork crackling would have brought the homeless from miles around... Nice Class War thoughts :) and Michael Nyman in that pic above looks like he's been at the body modificational devices with that 'play' button where it is... all the best of us have.

Hey there good sir, always good to hear from ye....yeah I'm glad I stumbled onto the Shjips - and I literally found them by accident - great, great band....and cool page, by the way. Have you heard a band called Yuma Nora? If not you should definitely check them out - they remind me of a younger, better Butthole Surfers. Well better than the BH Surfer's were on their first album....so Yuma Nora's going to get nothing but even better- hopefully. Have a great weekend man! smithee
