About Me

I could tell you my life story or the things that made me what I am, but I’m not going to—because I want to focus on the person I’ve lost and the person I’m now finding. Beyond going to work, I used to sit for hours, days, weeks at home. I never had the slightest desire to want to go out and explore the world—but lately I’ve discovered that’s never been who I am. I love to discover new things. Try something I never have, but most importantly I have always loved to learn. Life is all about learning and these past 3 years I’ve been standing by idly watching everything and everyone pass me by. My eyes are now open and I see all the beauty that I’ve overlooked. I’ve been sleeping for so long that I wasn’t able to see the things around me, but I’ve awakened to find that I still have so much to learn, so much to experience, and so much to see. I’m excited for the things to come, for the experiences I have yet to endure, and for the people I meet along the way. It’s going to be a scary ride, but I’m going to make it worthwhile, because life is not life if not lived to its fullest and that’s exactly what I intend to do: live.

I'm a bit sarcastic. Okay, more then a bit. If I trust, I do so cautiously. When I laugh, I laugh with no restraint. When I cry, I cry deep within my soul. When I'm down, I play music that suits my mood. When I sing, I sing from my heart. If I'm broken, I find ways to heal. When I'm lost, I always manage to find my way. When I'm a friend, I'm a friend for life. When I'm betrayed, I don't ever forget. When I fall, I fall hard. When I love, I love with everything I am. When faced with adversity, I look forward to the challenge. If I fall, I learn to pick myself up off the floor.

15. My biggest strength also happens to be my biggest weakness
    
16. I'm what most would consider a geek
    
17. I really dislike labeling people (i.e best friend), so if you're lucky enough to be labeled it means you're very, very special to me
