Let each woman divide her age into three parts - Ai = xi + yi + zi ...and xi, yi, zi are Z. And xi should be a secret. Share yi with one and zi with other. After this exercise is done... summing up averages of three numbers which each woman possesses should give you the average age and at the same time no one can deduce the actual age as xi is kept secret! And you can extend this problem to 'n' women :) :) Liked it? :)
