BlemishFolks I didn´t know Mike Watt before, but I do know The Minutemen and fIREHOSE and I like them a lot. I just looked for him on Youtube and the first two persons I found in relation with him were J Mascis (Dinosaur Jr) and Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth)! I love them, so I think he must be good too... Another genre i like are singers/bands like Scout Nibblet, Cat Power, Cocorosie, Camille, ... (I saw a Scout Nibblet - link at your profile...) So I guess we really like the same kind of music! (sry for my bad English... Haven´t practiced for a while 8] )

Thx for your comment. I also like your music taste (maybe because it´s quite the same as mine 8] ) In Germany there are not too many people who listen to the kind of music I / we like... So its nice to see there are people who do!

sk8rhombre Nice to hear from you. I'm a 30 something that tries to ride with both the rippers and the little street rats. I try to skate weekly at the local park some buddies built. My first board was a Powell Ripper. It's awesome to hear from people still enthused with rolling around! Take care.
