About Me

matt pond pa reminds me of autumn as the trees stop photosynthesizing and shed their pigmented leaves. the earth exhales, bringing shorter rays of sunlight and less time to read under its warming yellow light. the streets are slick and shiny with the recently fallen rain, and the prism colours of sunset are diffracted and reflected in the retreating clouds. summer has counted her last days as fall shoves her out. autumn carries a scent in the wind, a reminder that the canadian winter is inevitable and will bring brisk winds and snow, as it does every year. circle of life, snake biting its tail. life, death, life, death. it's how everything goes.
