I ordered an item from ozdirect 18 May 2009 and paid $1718.74AUD (OZD017053), funds cleared 20/05. After many attempts to get in contact including via email, enquiry ticket, phone, voicemail, letter and 'live support', the status was finally updated to refund requested 16/06. As of the 12/07 they money is still not refunded. Countless times since i've requested an update as to when the refund will be processed. Ozdirect continue to stall. Once ozdirect have received your money they ignore you completely. Any responses received (if your extremely lucky) lack all information requested and have no personalisation as they are scripted/templated responses. When you call ozdirect the calls go to external call centre operators which then pass on messages to ozdirect itself. To date not one phone call has actually been returned. Ozdirect is currently under investigation by the ACCC. I strongly recommend you avoid them.
