By the way, I agree with you: Gabriel is better, solo. But, I think it's because he'd matured so much by the time TLLDOB was released, and he left the group. I don't think there's anything that he's released post-Genesis that I don't like.

I imagine most Genesis fans would probably cite The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway as being the best of the Gabriel led era. And, no doubt, it's a good one (perhaps epic is an appropriate word). But, I think my favorite from that era is Selling England by the Pound, with Foxtrot holding a close second. A few years ago, I probably would have agreed with the majority opinion. Not sure when, or why, my tastes changed....
