Hey ntamas, I was wondering if you have ever thought about running a version of your music map with just the REALLY indie bands (maybe under 1000 or 2000 listeners?) and see how that shakes out? I think that would be extremely useful, and hopefully not too large to be unmanageable... What do you think? Thanks!

Love the music map. I had created one of my own using Gephi and LastFm, but I knew the idea was good enough that a full map had to have been done much larger and much better by somebody else. Thanks!

Thumbs up for your music taste and the map, it would be cool to have some sort of flash version where you can manipulate the bands to see ones underneath and perhaps turn certain ones off

Hello again, and thanks once more for your excellent work on the WWMS! I've continued to find incredible music as a result of it! Do you have plans to re-run the algorithms at some point in order to refresh the graphics with newer artists? Also, have you ever considered spreading out the vertices so that none are covered up by other artist's vertice? There have been a lot of times where I wanted to explore bands around a particular artist, but I coudn't see the name. Peace.
